i'm always wondering when it comes to drinking 8 glasses of H2O everyday and guess why i doesn't listen the great advice? Yes. during classes, excuses would be: oh, i was far too busy to be thinking about a glass of water. Or: oh, leceh lah nak carry bottled water everywhere dengan turun naik bukit lagi nak pegi class and my kaki selalu sakit-sakit sampai i dah tak pakai wedges pegi kelas...
The thing with dehydration is, it will catch up with you sooner rather than later. Lethargy. Headache. Malaise. Dry mouth. Mouth ulcers. Dry lips.
